SpeakOS

Meetings

Meetings become memory.

Record a meeting in the room. When it ends, SpeakOS writes the notes by topic, with what was decided and who promised what, each linked to the moment it was said. What you promised lands in your to-dos.

How it works

Record it. Read it by topic.

There’s no live transcript to watch. The whole meeting is written down once it ends, which keeps who said what straight over an hour, and the notes follow in a few minutes.

From meeting to to-do

Who promised what. Yours, on your list.

Every meeting’s notes end with its action items: what, who and by when, as it was said. SpeakOS asks once which are yours, and those land in To do, ready for a reminder. Nobody types up the actions after the call.

What it does

Small on the surface. Careful underneath.

  • Who said what, kept straight

The whole recording is written down in one pass after it ends, which keeps speakers right over an hour.

  • Decisions and promises first

What was decided, and who said they’d do what, at the top of the page.

  • Back to the moment

Every line links to when it was said. The full transcript is a tap away.

  • Action items become to-dos

SpeakOS asks once which are yours; those land in To do with a reminder, or go to Todoist, Linear or Jira.

  • Send the notes

Email them, post them to Slack or Teams, or file them in Notion, after you see exactly what goes where.

  • When the signal drops

The meeting records on your phone and uploads in parts when it can.

The audio doesn’t stay.

It’s deleted once the meeting is written down, and our transcription provider is told not to keep it for training.
